General Conduct
Respect the Driver and Car: Passengers must respect the driver’s instructions and treat the vehicle respectfully. Any form of harassment or abusive behavior toward the driver is strictly prohibited.
No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the vehicle at any time.
No Open Alcohol or Drugs: Passengers are not allowed to consume alcohol or drugs inside the vehicle. Visibly intoxicated passengers may be refused entry or service at the driver’s discretion.
Seatbelts Mandatory: All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times. The driver will not start the trip until all passengers are safely buckled in. Booking and Payment
Booking and Payment
Pre-Booking and Payment: All trips should be booked and paid for in advance through approved channels to secure a spot.
No Extra Passengers: Only the number of passengers included in the booking will be allowed. The driver is not authorized to carry additional people.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations should be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
Safety and Behavior
No Violent Behavior: Any violence, fighting, or unruly behavior is strictly prohibited.
Personal Belongings: Passengers are responsible for their belongings. The company is not liable for lost or forgotten items. (Applicable for Arrival only and Departure only clients)
No Damage to Vehicle: Passengers are expected to avoid damaging the car. Any intentional or negligent damage will result in fees for repairs.
Driver and Passenger Protection
Driver’s Authority: The driver has full authority to end the trip if they feel threatened or if any of the rules are being violated. This is to protect the safety and well-being of all involved.
Emergency Situations: In case of an emergency, the driver will pull over and contact emergency services if necessary.
Confidentiality: Personal information of both the driver and passengers should be kept confidential. Drivers are prohibited from sharing trip details or passenger information outside of the business.
Health and Cleanliness
Sanitation: The vehicle will be cleaned and sanitized before each shift, and passengers are expected to avoid leaving trash or litter in the vehicle.
Illness and Hygiene: Passengers displaying symptoms of a contagious illness are advised to refrain from using the service.
Pre-Trip Sanitization: The vehicle will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each shift, focusing on high-touch surfaces like door handles, seatbelts, and armrests.
Regular Vehicle Maintenance: Beyond cleanliness, the vehicle will undergo regular maintenance checks to ensure proper air filtration, functioning ventilation, and an overall clean environment.
Waste Disposal: Passengers are responsible for disposing of their waste properly. Trash bags or small bins may be provided, and passengers should use them if necessary.
